Designed to be the shape of a human head, the Blitz Melon Ball is used as a training tool for striking and kicking. By holding the two handles, the pad simulates a moving or static target of the aggressor. The handles also increase functionality allowing the holder to position themselves in a variety of tight angles, demanding fast and precise punches or kicks from the striker. The pad comes filled however, the filling can be changed via the zipper and Velcro fastening. Strong canvas material for extra durability. Dimensions: 35cm long x 79cm central circumference. 1.5kg.
